Terms and Conditions

An initial consultation is required for all new patients, to enable a thorough assessment which will guide diagnosis and ultimately your rehabilitation.

Follow up sessions apply to any patient that has already completed an initial consultation and can either be scheduled as a singular appointment or within block sessions.

Treatment packages apply only to 1 hour follow-up sessions and not individual treatments.

Deposits of £25 are required from self-funded patients prior to each appointment (unless a treatment package has been purchased) and will either be deducted from final payment or be retained as a cancellation fee if applicable.

If you’re being covered by private medical insurers all that is required will be an authorisation code and invoices will be sent accordingly.

Any cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice (inc those who’ve purchased block sessions), may result in a cancellation fee of £25.

Mileage rate is 20p per mile, which is added to total cost of each appointment

A Chaperone is always welcome and must be provided by yourself. In addition chaperone must be present for any person under 18 receiving Physiotherapy treatment.
